Brent Burghdorf
A Westside native who grew up in Pacific Palisades, Brent Burghdorf brings a rare combination of real estate expertise, market insight, and investment experience to every listing he represents. In his first year as a Realtor, Brent closed over $30 million in sales, placing him among the top 1% of agents in the United States—a reflection of both his negotiation skills and his ability to position properties effectively in competitive markets. Notably, the very first home Brent represented sold in just one day, setting the tone for the results-driven approach he brings to every client engagement.
Brent approaches each listing with a strategic mindset, focusing on pricing, presentation, and exposure to attract qualified buyers and drive strong offers. He holds a degree in computer programming, which informs a highly tech-driven approach to property marketing. Rather than relying on generic listing distribution, Brent analyzes each property and targets the most likely buyer profile, tailoring marketing, messaging, and placement to reach the ideal customer segment for that specific home. This data-informed methodology helps generate stronger demand and more competitive offers.
Beyond real estate, Brent has personally negotiated hundreds of deals with C-suite executives totaling over $1 billion in closed transactions, experience that gives his clients a meaningful advantage at the negotiating table. His background working in high-stakes business environments translates directly into stronger positioning, clearer strategy, and more effective deal execution when representing sellers.
Brent also has extensive experience as a real estate investor, having owned, renovated, and sold properties across Southern California. He holds a Real Estate Investment Analysis certificate from UCLA, equipping him with a financial and analytical perspective that helps sellers price strategically, position their property competitively, and negotiate from a position of strength.
Brent operates with a focus on integrity, clarity, and above all else empowering his clients with data and measurable value. Clients value his responsiveness, market knowledge, and straightforward, data-driven guidance throughout the selling process. His focus is simple: maximize value, minimize friction, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys staying active, working out with his wife, and playing golf throughout Los Angeles.
Lily Hughes
Our Executive Assistant and licensed team member with the Burghdorf Group, Lily Hughes, brings a positive attitude, thoughtful organization, and a genuine passion for helping others throughout the client experience. Whether she is coordinating behind the scenes, supporting the team, or connecting with clients, Lily believes that the smallest details make the biggest difference.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Lily has always been drawn to homes, architecture, and interior design. From a young age, she found herself captivated by the details that give every home its own personality, from unique textures and thoughtful design to the feeling a space creates. That appreciation naturally grew into a passion for real estate and inspired her to earn her degree in Real Estate Development and Finance from the University of Southern California in just three years. Throughout her time at USC, Lily was recognized on the Dean's List each year, reflecting the same dedication, discipline, and commitment she brings to her career.
With experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Lily has built a strong foundation through her work with Marcus & Millichap's Levin Johnston Team, one of the Bay Area's leading multifamily investment sales teams, before transitioning into luxury residential real estate on the Westside. She enjoys learning about the ever-changing Los Angeles market and discovering what makes each neighborhood so unique. She is naturally curious, dependable, and loves finding creative solutions while helping clients feel supported throughout the buying and selling process. Her goal is to create an experience that feels welcoming, collaborative, and as stress-free as possible.
Known for her warm personality and ability to connect with people, Lily believes real estate is just as much about building relationships as it is about buying and selling homes. She loves getting to know each client's story and takes pride in being someone people can rely on with confidence.
Outside of real estate, Lily enjoys spending time at the beach, baking, traveling, exploring Los Angeles, and making memories with friends and family. She is excited to continue growing alongside the Burghdorf Group while helping provide the exceptional service and personalized experience the team is known for.
